At The Woolen Yeti, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, and exchanges are accepted.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 7Â hour of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be processed under the following circumstances:
You received a defective or damaged item.
You received the wrong product.
Your order was lost in transit (subject to verification with the shipping carrier).
Refunds will not be issued for:
Items returned outside the return window.
Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer.
Sale or clearance items (final sale).
3. How to Request a Refund or Exchange
To initiate a return, refund, or exchange:

We will provide return instructions, including the return address.
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund or exchange.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12Â hours of placing the order for a full refund.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 1Â days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a refund.
